The Curriculum uses a combination of cheers, skits, huddles, chats, with the Student Ambassadors to teach the leadership skills.

Selected upper grade students from your school who will lead the IMPACT initiative by modeling behavior, adopting classrooms, running discussions in their adopted classrooms, and performing a school-wide convocation focused on specific leadership skills.

2-3 adult members of the school staff who will lead the Student Ambassadors in successfully implementing the leadership lessons throughout the school year. There is also curriculum support for administrators in embedding the skills development into the school staff meetings.

The student body will be immersed in the IMPACT curriculum throughout the year, learning good habits connected to workforce skills, The Life Goals, and traits of a good leader.
